how to make a mailing merge

1. first i open word document 2007
2.then i click normal word
3. then i click on step by step mailing merge
4.after that i click on letter option and next.
5. then i click next again.
6. after that i click items and add Name and Action
7.then i check all of my recipient 1-10
8. at last i click next to finish my letter.
